Omotesando Helene Clinic and Maison Privé Clinic Sign Cooperation Agreement on International Medical Exchange and Patient Support

Aiming to improve information sharing among medical staff and strengthen support systems for patients visiting from abroad

TOKYO, Sept. 25, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Omotesando Helene Clinic (Japan) and Maison Privé Clinic (South Korea) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to promote medical exchange between the two countries and improve support systems for patients visiting from overseas.

Under this agreement, the two institutions will collaborate in a wide range of areas, including information exchange in medical fields such as regenerative medicine, medical staff exchanges, patient support before and after clinic visits and concierge services for VVIPs.

Regarding staff exchanges, the clinics plan to deepen mutual understanding through seminars, briefings, facility tours, and training sessions that facilitate the sharing of insights into their respective clinical practices and patient care approaches.

In terms of patient support, the clinics will coordinate pre-visit consultations, information sharing, scheduling, interpretation services, guidance on accommodation and local transportation, and support for accompanying persons, creating a system that helps ensure a smooth and worry-free experience for patients visiting from abroad.

The two parties will also collaborate to enhance detailed concierge services for VVIPs—with a strong emphasis on privacy—covering the entire patient journey, from pre-visit arrangements and the stay itself to the period following the patient's return home.

Furthermore, the clinics will explore opportunities for new medical collaborations that combine their respective strengths: Maison Privé Clinic’s expertise in anti-aging and aesthetic medicine and Omotesando Helene Clinic’s accumulated knowledge in the fields of stem cells, exosomes, and regenerative medicine.
